Job Description

1. Product Listing Management

On the Amazon platform, be responsible for creating, updating, and managing product listings with a focus on maintaining accuracy and completeness. Provide assistance in crafting engaging product descriptions and persuasive sales copy.

2. Inventory Management

Closely monitor inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and minimize the occurrence of stockouts. Adjust inventory levels in accordance with sales forecasts to optimize inventory turnover.

3. Pricing Management

Closely monitor market trends and make appropriate adjustments to product prices to ensure the maintenance of competitiveness. Provide support in the planning and execution of promotional activities with the aim of boosting sales.

4. Partnership Management

Cultivate and uphold robust relationships with suppliers, logistics collaborators, and other stakeholders. This is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of business activities. Moreover, effectively manage the coordination of order processing and delivery.

5. Customer Service

Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, offering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively gather and integrate customer feedback to enhance the overall satisfaction level.

6. Partnership Management

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of sales data, discern trends, and formulate well - founded improvement recommendations. Tailor and optimize advertising campaigns in strict accordance with performance metrics.

7. Competitive Intelligence

Consistently monitor the strategies of competitors and market trends, offering in - depth insights and well - considered recommendations to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to those in Business or a related field.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Possesses a robust capacity to analyze intricate situations and formulate efficacious solutions.

  • Product Page & Copywriting Expertise

  • Experienced in designing engaging product pages and crafting compelling sales copy.

  • Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate well in a team.

  • Organizational Skills

  • Great at juggling multiple tasks while keeping priorities in check.

  • Technical Proficiency

  • Skilled in using computer applications and office productivity software.

  • E-commerce Experience

  • Having prior experience in e-commerce operations is a big plus.

  • Language Skills

  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
