Amazon E-commerce Platform Creative Assistant 

Job Description

1. Product Copywriting and Optimization

Analyze product core features, target customers and market trends, create high-quality content like titles, bullet points, A+ pages and brand stories. Highlight product strengths and align with customer search habits to boost e-commerce search rankings and conversions. Track copy performance and optimize using CTR, conversion rate and other data.

2. Project Management and Collaboration

Act as the key coordinator between design, product development, sales and operations to ensure smooth cross-team communication. Develop detailed content project plans, clarify milestones and owners, and monitor progress for on-time delivery. Review final content/designs for brand alignment and quality before launch. Give targeted feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.

3. Amazon Product Listings and A+ Content Planning

Develop Amazon listing content strategies per platform rules, covering main/secondary images, A+ content and brand stories. Align with operations to support marketing goals and promotions. Coordinate with designers to ensure visuals match copy and strategy.

4. Brand Store and Website Planning

Develop strategies for Amazon Brand Stores and official websites to build brand image and UX. Ensure content (product intro, brand story, promotions) aligns with brand values, messaging and visual identity. Analyze metrics (page views, time on page, conversions) and collect customer feedback. Update content to boost brand appeal and customer loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Journalism, Advertising or related fields is preferred.

  • Copywriting Skills

  • Excellent written skills in both Chinese and English, capable of creating compelling marketing content that resonates with consumers and drives engagement.

  • E-commerce Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Amazon platform rules, A9 search algorithm and Listing optimization strategies is a plus; basic understanding of other mainstream e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

  • SEO Optimization

  • Basic SEO knowledge, with the ability to conduct keyword research and apply keywords strategically to improve search rankings.

  • Creative and Planning Skills

  • Strong creative thinking and planning capabilities, able to develop innovative marketing content solutions to enhance brand competitiveness.

  • Data Analysis

  • Basic data analysis skills, able to interpret operational data (e.g., CTR, conversion rate) and adjust copywriting and content strategies accordingly.

  • Team Collaboration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve goals.
